Be your own Judge, I am only the messenger here. I did note that all the TEFL Courses they trashed are all online courses https://www.docdroid.net/kRwv0oN/ctablacklist2020-pdf
Also they explain why some of these operators are not worthy at https://reddit.com/r/ChinaTeacherAlliance. It seems they only consider university-based courses to be legitimate and useful and did a survey on the certificate recognition in 25 top TEFL markets. Interesting.
