Hello all,
My name is John and I just completed my BA in English.
A little background; I earned decent grades and was recently accepted into a graduate program for speech-language pathology at a good university. I'll be looking into accent-reduction and/or other forms of speech-language that offer travel and cultural exposure in the future. Actually, Europe would be the best for maybe business English or other similar positions. In case things don't work out for whatever reason, I'd like to have a backup plan running...
If I earn an M.A. in ESL, would I be expected to fulfill longer job contracts and have less job opportunties compared to those with a BA or Oxford/ESL certificate? I'd love to travel and be exposed to different cultures but I presume contracts become less flexible the higher salary/position; is this presumption correct?
Thanks all... Wink
